In addition to its main focus of supplying full title homes, RBA embarked on a new strategy to satisfy the demand for affordable rental units in the township market.

Since inception in 1997, RBA has built over 7 100 homes in 52 areas. In addition to its primary home-building divisions, the group offers related services such as land development, credit life insurance and architectural services.

RBA listed on the JSE’s AltX exchange in September 2007.
